Kooth and Qwell, two leading digital mental health platforms, approached KN Digital with a multi-phase project aimed at improving their online presence. Their websites lacked uniformity, weren’t fully aligned with their branding, and suffered from slow performance and poor accessibility.
They needed a complete redesign to optimize user experience, increase engagement, and ensure their websites met high accessibility standards. Additionally, they wanted to launch Kooth Magazine, an interactive online space designed to support youth mental health, and they required a solid landing page strategy to improve conversions.
Our Solution
KN Digital tackled the project in three phases. First, we devised a landing page strategy and redesigned key landing and blog pages for both Kooth and Qwell, ensuring they were optimized for conversions and brand consistency. Next, we built Kooth Magazine, an engaging digital publication with an intuitive design and interactive elements to foster better mental health support for young users.
Finally, we focused on accessibility and performance, redesigning explore.kooth.com and explore.qwell.io to meet WCAG AA standards. We also improved site speed and optimized the Express Yourself landing page for a smoother user experience.

The redesigned sites now offer a consistent brand experience, faster load times, and a 100% accessibility score—ensuring inclusivity for all users.
