We provide website design, development, optimisation, maintenance, and support services as defined in the selected plan or agreed proposal. This may include, but is not limited to:
Website design and build
Development and feature enhancements
Performance and speed optimisation
SEO and CRO improvements
Security monitoring, updates, and backups
Ongoing website support and maintenance
Specific deliverables, timelines, and inclusions depend on the plan selected or scope agreed in writing.
Ongoing support and maintenance services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis within the limits of the chosen plan. This includes routine updates, fixes, and optimisation tasks.
Support does not include:
New website builds or full redesigns
Major feature development or custom integrations
Third-party platform limitations or outages
Work caused by unauthorised changes or external developers
Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
We aim to respond to support requests within the timeframe stated in your plan. Resolution times vary depending on complexity, priority, and third-party dependencies.
Urgent or out-of-hours requests are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan.
To deliver services effectively, the client agrees to:
Provide timely access to required systems (hosting, CMS, domains, analytics, third-party tools)
Supply accurate content, assets, and feedback when requested
Maintain valid licences for themes, plugins, and third-party tools unless explicitly included in the plan
Delays caused by missing access or feedback may impact delivery timelines.
Websites often rely on third-party tools, platforms, plugins, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing adjustments, or limitations imposed by third-party services.
Any costs related to third-party tools are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.
One-off services are billed upfront unless agreed otherwise
Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services.
Monthly services may be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled with the notice period stated at checkout or in the plan description. Services remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of their website content and final deliverables. We retain the right to reuse non-confidential work elements, frameworks, and anonymised results for portfolio and marketing purposes.
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption arising from website use, downtime, or third-party failures. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.
